Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? At Right at Home, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support services to seniors and adults with disabilities. We are currently looking for a Client Service Officer to join our dedicated and growing team.
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and families. You’ll play a key role in coordinating care services, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery that aligns with Right at Home’s values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role (preferably in aged care or disability services)
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if travel is required)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate service information
  • Coordinating and scheduling care services based on client needs
  • Monitoring service delivery and following up on client feedback
  • Supporting new client onboarding and assessment processes
  • Maintaining client files and care documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Working closely with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
