We are looking for a assistant relationship manager (RM / m, f, d) with residence in Switzerland as Client Service Officer RM (Associate) Aufgaben The main role involves supporting relationship managers (RMs) for clients worldwide, including coordinating and maintaining client relationships / As the RM’s right-hand person, you will act as a reliable point of contact for order processing, correspondence, scheduling and communication / Proactively building and maintaining strong relationships through first-class service for the RM / Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Trading, Credit, Treasury, Operations, Compliance and the Legal Department to continuously review and improve collaboration / Processing of trading orders, custodial accounts and their renewals, foreign exchange transactions, stock market transactions, asset transfers, credit card payments, monitoring of credit lines, etc., as well as tracking their processing / Account management, including account openings / Support in adhering to external guidelines and compliance regulations such as VSB 20, KYC, KYT, AML, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, etc. / Supporting retrocessions and associated commissions / Ensuring smooth operational collaboration and maintaining an overview of all business activities / Proactively informing client advisors of important events to ensure uninterrupted customer service / Ensuring that client advisors have access to all necessary services and information / Ad hoc tasks arising from the respective.
