DESCRIPTION: Client Service Representative – Richmond, BC (Full Time / Monday-Friday/ Evening Shift)
As a Customer Service Representative for CARO Analytical Services’ growing laboratory network, your main responsibilities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Science degree or previous work in a laboratory is an asset.
• Previous customer service or laboratory experience is an asset.
• Experience and genuine dedication to customer care/service.
• Positive, outgoing, optimistic personality.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills; detail oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.).
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs

• Work order LIMS Login.
• Sample Labelling.
• Confirm COC discrepancies with Account Manager or Client (as needed).
• Sending Login notification to clients promptly.
• Updating work orders with additional analysis and/or revisions
• Complete bottle order Requests on WooCommerce and use it for tracking/preparing/packing order and shipping on-time.
