Nous recherchons un(e) Chargée de Service Client pour accompagner nos clients internationaux dans un environnement B2B technologique. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, aiderez à gérer leurs portefeuilles de domaines et actifs numériques, résoudrez leurs problèmes techniques et assurerez un service rapide et de qualité. Responsabilités principales: Support Client: Répondre rapidement aux demandes via chat, téléphone et email. Relation Client: Établir et maintenir des relations solides et de confiance. Résolution de problèmes : Traiter commandes, DNS, certificats numériques, facturation et autres incidents techniques. Gestion des incidents: Escalader les problèmes complexes et suivre leur résolution. Maîtrise des produits : Développer une connaissance approfondie des services et informer les clients des évolutions. Collaboration d’équipe : Soutenir les projets et résolutions d’équipe. Performance: Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs et contribuer à un excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS). Profil recherché: Expérience significative en service client (commerce, hôtellerie, tourisme, santé ou restauration). Excellente communication en français et anglais. Esprit critique et orientation solutions. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Capacité d’adaptation aux nouvelles technologies.
