Pay: From $20.00 per hour Job description: VetMED is seeking experienced Veterinary Client Service professionals to join our team. Our CSR team supports our busy 24/7/365 specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. VetMED's board certified specialties include Internal Medicine, Imaging, Dermatology, Critical Care, and a team of experienced emergency doctors. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software Ability to stay positive under high stress situations Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ezyvet experience a plus Must be flexible and have open availability, including evenings and weekends, when requested Minimum 2 years customer service in the veterinary field is preferred. Manage the front desk through greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments and greeting vendors Oversee the hospital flow Manage cash, credit card and CareCredit transactions Discuss payment choices with clients Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing, emailing, scanning, uploading, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts in system Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members Perform other job duties as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
