Description The Client Service Representative is responsible for carrying out various P&C activities related to the servicing and development of clients’ insurance programs. Requirements Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and process “special” Certificates of Insurance, according to company guidelines · Manage CSR24 portal for clients, including setting up access and troubleshooting technical issues · Create and Renew certificate masters · Create and manage monthly reports for clients · Process change requests · Check non-premium endorsements · Send out cancellation certificates as needed · Create and organize renewal questionnaires · Order Loss Runs from insurance companies and review for large losses/reserves · Review Motor Vehicle Records · Assist administrative team as needed · Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: · BA or BS or applicable job experience · 1-3 years experience in P&C or related field · Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
