We partner with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive positive change. We're currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping to process donations, manage our database, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries. Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors. Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications. Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance. Oversee the maintenance of the donor database, including internal training and support to ensure accurate data entry. Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries to ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met. Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news. Take ownership of your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives to enhance our fundraising efforts. Requirements: A passion for fundraising and a commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
