CreditCare Credit Management LLC is looking for a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tukmachi Interiors is a fast-growing interior fit-out and turnkey solutions company delivering commercial offices, retail outlets, restaurants, hospitality spaces, villas, exhibitions, and bespoke interior projects across the UAE.

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects

Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, project management companies, and corporate clients

Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, presentations, tenders, and prequalification opportunities

Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals

Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports

Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings

Coordinate project handovers and support long-term client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey solutions

✅ Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients

✅ Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects

✅ Experience in tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFP opportunities

✅ Good understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and the complete project lifecycle

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✅ Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory

✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
