Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process payments and invoices
• Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
• Help maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and veterinary management software
• A love for animals and a desire to support pet health and well-being
