Hotline Delivery System is a leading Logistics, and Warehouse Management company dedicated to delivering quality products and excellent service.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Euless, TX
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Wed-Sun, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries
  • Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in our system and follow up on open customer cases
  • Communicate updates on freight status, delays, or scheduling changes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software (TMS) a plus
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
