MedPro Respiratory Care is patient focused Repiratory Health Care company serving home oxygen and sleep apnea patients in BC, Alberta and Ontario. We are currently looking for an energetic and detail oriented customer service star to join our team. The right candidate will be team oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Individuals interested in this position must be highly motivated, have multi line reception experience, have good analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure. Medical reception experience is an asset.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to providing an excellent customer experience in person on over the phone to home oxygen and respiratory patients, answering incoming lines for several branch locations and directing calls to appropriate office or staff, monitoring incoming faxes and referrals, data entry, clerical support for clinical staff, scheduling client appointments, providing assistance to Customer Service dep’t and various other duties to support our patient team in British Columbia.
We offer a 37.5 hour work week, as well as Health Benefits and an RRSP match program.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
