As a CSR, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need. Who We Are Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation. We’re known for our dedication to client relationships, our high standard of medicine, and our team-first culture where everyone’s voice matters. What You’ll Do As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will: Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently Assist with check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly Provide clear, compassionate communication — especially in emergency or emotional situations Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Anticipated Schedule Wednesday-Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Flexibility is required, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays to support our 24/7 emergency and specialty care.
