OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse client base. Previous Collection Agency Experience is an asset, but not required. This is a 100% in office position.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a collection agency and/or client services is MANDATORY
  • Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain cordial relationships with client
