Prout Financial Design is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our client accounts are accurately maintained and processed with care and precision.

• Prepare and review paperwork and forms
• Verify transactions and maintain account accuracy
• Respond to client questions with clarity and care
• Support Advisors with daily client operations
• Maintain detailed records using internal systems
