POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Service Representative enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, supporting team functions as needed, assisting in review and submission of life insurance, disability income insurance and annuity applications while serving as an administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors on team.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

  • Active Life and Health License (2-15)
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Insurance/Financial Services industry.
  • Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Perform reviews and submissions of life insurance, disability income and annuity applications
  • Follow up with vendors and/or producers to obtain necessary requirements/information throughout underwriting process.
  • Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
  • Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
