Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Client Service Representative to join our team. We are currently looking for FULL TIME for this position, working Wednesday - Friday evenings, and Saturday/Sunday mornings.
The successful candidate will be the first line of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service including answering phones, emails and facilitating the check in and check out process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and help our organization reach its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including but not limited to answering phones/emails, making appointments and checking pets in/out.
  • Must be comfortable and confident in handling dogs and cats in a professional and compassionate way.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and information, such as feeding, meds, payment information, etc.
  • Communicating pet information to Shift Leads, working with them to create care management plans.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Contacting local veterinary offices for medical records.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Processing payments, counting tills.
  • Managing cat care responsibilities, including but not limited to cleaning litter boxes, cat enclosures, administering medications and food, and interacting with the cats.
  • Managing basic grooming tasks for dogs, such as nail trims, baths, and brushing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
