Danske Bank is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Team Member to join our Asset Management division. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our Client Managers in delivering high-quality service to our institutional clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Danish and English is required; knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude, with the ability to work well with others.
  • A team player who enjoys helping colleagues and clients.
  • Previous experience in a support or administrative role is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, working with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Help manage agreements, including drafting and updating documents while keeping things clear and straightforward.
  • Support the process of ending agreements when needed, making sure everything is done correctly.
  • Handle fund orders from clients and respond to various questions from Client Managers and clients.
  • Assisting in direct day-to-day client engagement and dialogue.
  • Join client meetings as needed to represent the back office and provide insights support
