As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate, benefits available after 90 days of employment, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Handle and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions and updating information as needed
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of our evolving product and service offerings to better assist clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a contact center, sales, or related customer service role is highly desirable
