This role will serve as a dedicated point of contact for investors, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the investment lifecycle. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), internal stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver high-quality service across day-to-day client management, onboarding, reporting, and communication touchpoints, while also supporting product development initiatives for the Benelux business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for institutional and wealth investors, managing day-to-day servicing needs and complex relationship oversight;
  • Provide proactive and responsive support to investor queries, including those related to reporting, legal, operational, and administrator matters;
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support strategic initiatives, including fundraising efforts and market expansion;
  • Project manage bespoke client requests, coordinating across internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Investment Management, and Reporting;
  • Drive continuous improvements in client experience by optimizing processes around onboarding, communication, and reporting;
  • Lead or contribute to client meetings, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable representation of the firm;
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by acting as a bridge between external clients and internal departments;
  • Support product development efforts for the Benelux region and working closely with the Head of Benelux Business Development;
  • Assist in the development and expansion of the firm’s wealth management servicing model in the Benelux, acting as a point of contact for high-net-worth client inquiries and coordinating with key stakeholders on structuring and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in investor servicing, client relations, or product management in an asset management or private markets environment;
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion;
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence;
  • Fluency in Dutch, English; additional language skills (e.g., German and French) are a plus.
