Position: Client Service Specialist Firm: Richard W. Paul & Associates Location: Novi, MI   Overview:   Richard W. Paul & Associates, a leading financial services firm based in Novi, MI, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team. The Client Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm while delivering a high level of service to both existing and prospective clients.   This individual will help ensure a smooth, organized, and professional client experience by handling a variety of operational and client service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering positive client relationships in a dynamic and team-oriented culture. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and have a passion for delivering exceptional client service, consider joining our team!   What you’ll do: * Process and track new business, including application submission and account transfer follow-up (ACATs) * Manage ongoing client service requests such as beneficiary updates, withdrawals, and general account maintenance * Assist with annuity servicing, including index reallocations * Handle incoming client calls with professionalism and a strong focus on relationship building * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM (Redtail) /database * Prepare for client meetings by updating account summaries and organizing appropriate materials (reports, applications, and product information) * Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow     What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree * Series 65 preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days * MI Insurance license preferred (life & annuity), or willingness to obtain within 90 days * Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication; written and verbal * Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance * Collaborative team player willing to assist others * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks * Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently * Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters   Bonus Points: * Financial industry experience preferred     What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * $55k - $75k/year based on experience * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance * 401(k) with 5% match (eligible at 1 year of service) * Paid time off * Professional development assistance   Schedule: * In office: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm         Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions   Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
