Salary Range: 40,000-50,000 per year

  • As a Client Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming space for all visitors. You will provide support to the financial advisors and team members, as you are an essential part of The Steele Group. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between our clients and our company. This role is particularly well suited to dedicated self-starters who enjoy challenges, thrive on problem solving, and pride themselves in their excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Also, those who possess strong time-management and prioritization skills to work in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the financial services sector would be an asset - particularly in areas such as Investments, Insurance, Company Benefits & Pensions. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors to the office
  •  Distribute correspondence and redirect phone calls
  •  Ensure to execute all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with adherence to the highest quality standards
  •  Support the client relationship through interacting directly with team members and clients to ensure meeting readiness, including providing non-technical responses to client questions, as well as, guidance through set-up and ongoing use of online financial tools
  • Maintain advisor calendars and schedule all virtual and in-person client-advisor meetings, including time, location and costs, based on client segmentation
  •  Plan the logistics of the client-advisor meetings outside of the office, including time and location,
  •  Coordinate client-advisor meeting services at the office such as, rooms, transportation, and food service (if required)
  • Monitor client-advisor meeting activities to ensure satisfaction of all parties
  •  Prepare envelopes for mailings and complete post mailings as needed
  •  Prepare courier package for pick up, maintain postage in the postage meter
  •  Prepare, scan, send and receive forms
  •  Maintain marketing materials and office supply inventories, including ordering replacement as needed
  •  Maintain client database and electronic file management
  •  Perform bank deposits as required
  •  Complete miscellaneous administrative projects as needed
  •  Strong interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with all clients
  •  Time-management and prioritization skills to work in this fast-paced environment
