• Provide direct resolution of simple and complex inquiries through coordination with customers and other internal Fiserv departments.
• Deliver clear and open communication regarding such complex matters as pricing, funding, and compression management and deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
• Educate customers on relevant industry information and provide training on products, reporting, and self-service tools.
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, including contract information, communication logs, and product matrix.
