VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our well-established, multi-doctor, 24 hour emergency/general practice located in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Supervisor - Client Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our team, minimum five years customer service experience required. We are looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering excellent client care. Why We Need You: As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative Supervisor sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR Supervisor is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for, including but not limited to: Supervisor the CSR staff fairly and respectively, maintain the utmost trust with management Excellent client services skills, phone skills, computer skills Must be friendly, outgoing, “people-oriented” Greeting visitors, answering telephones, scheduling, confirming appointments, checking clients In/out, processing payments. Light cleaning and other duties Background in management Hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, employee relations and communications, time clock maintenance, general supervisory duties Position includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
