Job Description We’re looking for a Client Service Support Executive to join our Global Client Service Operations team. You’ll be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting clients across Legal & General Investment Management. What you’ll be doing: Managing the delivery of operational client service and acting as a key point of contact for queries Co‑ordinating and resolving day‑to‑day client enquiries in line with agreed SLAs Building strong working relationships across LGIM to support joined‑up client service Collaborating with Client Relationship teams to enhance the client experience Maintaining accurate records, logs and databases to support robust governance Applying and improving business processes to ensure a controlled and compliant environment Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen the team’s operating model Developing your understanding of LGIM products, platforms and client strategies Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships Experience delivering high‑quality client service within financial services or a similar environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive tasks forward Collaborative team player who shares best practice and supports colleagues Good understanding of investment markets and economic themes (desirable) Strong IT abilities, including proficiency with core business systems Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
