We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Client Service Team. What you will be doing You will be part of our Client Service Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will: Provide help and support to customers concerning their insurance. Follow up on existing customers and cross-sell or upsell services and products. Promote HD’s products. Assist customers by providing product and service information. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Assist with potential customer complaints. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assist in the development of different projects within the company. What we are looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English. Team player and creative thinker. Great attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Tech-savvy. No previous experience necessary (entry-level).
