Salary: £50k+ (dependent on experience)
You are an Account Director with 8+ years of marketing agency experience open to taking on a fixed term role where you can take responsibility for the strategy and growth of household name retail destinations.
You thrive in a collaborative working environment and have the skills to ensure your team deliver marketing campaigns that are on time, on budget and exceed clients’ expectation.
You understand the importance of face-to-face time when it comes to building strong and profitable relationships with clients and are able and willing to travel to clients across the UK to achieve that.
We are a Marlow-based Integrated Marketing agency on the lookout for a strategic and creative Account Director to provide maternity cover for one of our ADs. Someone who lives locally, leads by example and delivers results.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOWCASE IN MY CV TO STAND OUT?

We’re looking for a multi-skilled marketing professional with 8+ years of demonstrable marketing experience (with at least 5 years of that being within an agency).
Experience of developing marketing strategies and campaigns for retail and/or leisure industry clients is essential given the nature of the clients you’ll be working with.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a multi-skilled marketer and has demonstrable experience across the entire marketing mix from traditional media to digital; B2B marketing to B2C.
• Can quickly and easily build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels and develop trust and confidence from everyone you work with.
• Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
