About the Role We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator (CSA) to ensure operational accountability, monitor workflow completion, and provide basic accounting and administrative support within our bookkeeping team. This role is critical in maintaining high standards, fostering compliance, and supporting team productivity, both onshore and offshore. Duties and Responsibilities: Workflow & Compliance Oversight Verify daily task completions across teams, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and timely. ·Conduct routine checks on timesheets and adherence to code of conduct policies, escalating discrepancies when necessary. Participate in weekly workflow meetings and provide insights on task status, delays, and operational bottlenecks. Support management in maintaining remote work accountability, ensuring compliance with HR policies and remote work eligibility. Contribute to a culture of high performance, discipline, and compliance without compromising operational efficiency. Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff tasks, timesheets, and workflow logs. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes, especially for workflow and compliance check-ins. Handle basic correspondence, including follow-ups on pending tasks or approvals. Support onboarding of new staff by preparing documents, training materials, and workflow guides. Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization to ensure easy retrieval of records for audits or management reviews. Generate reports for management on workflow completion, compliance metrics, and task productivity. Basic Bookkeeping Support Assist with reconciliations, invoicing, and data entry as needed. Support team with routine bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or workflow monitoring roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes rigorously. Excellent communication skills for liaising with management and offshore staff. Familiarity with productivity monitoring tools; experience with AI-based tools is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial operations is desirable.
