Job Description We are looking for an organised and proactive Client Services & Administration Assistant to support our Account Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who takes pride in being reliable, accurate, and enjoys administrative work and is keen to develop within a fast-paced commercial environment. Your role as Client Services & Administration Assistant is essential to the daily operations of the Velos department. You will support the Account Management team by completing key administrative tasks, including: Set up and maintain customer accounts on our expense management platform. Prepare regular data and performance reports for the Management team. Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance. Support Account Managers with operational tasks related to customer portfolios. Monitor and update internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and other administrative tasks as needed. Handle inbound customer queries. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with processes and systems. Qualifications Essential: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Desirable (but not essential): Experience in an administrative or operations support role.
