QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with Buildium or other property management software (or willingness to learn).
  • Previous experience in administration, IT support, systems administration, or property management is an asset.
  • Previous experience in Marketing, PR, or Communications is an asset.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will report directly to the Director of Property Management while working closely with the Property Management team.
We are seeking a multi-talented, client-facing, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to balance both independent and team-based responsibilities.
This role is based in our new Surrey office, which will soon become a fully operational brokerage office open to the public.
