Responsibilities

Your role will be to support all areas of the team, from reception duties, client database management, ATO and ASIC correspondence and compliance, assisting team members with administrative tasks and general office duties.
This is a very hands-on role so the ideal candidate will enjoy and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience as a client services administrator in an accounting firm for at least 2 years is preferred.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, book appointments, or direct as requested.
  • Meet and greet clients at reception area.
  • Client database management
  • ASIC & ATO correspondence and lodgments
  • Setting up new entities (company, trusts, SMSFs etc.)
  • Coordinating general office environment – maintaining inventory and office supplies and keep consumables stocked.
  • Carries out general office administrative duties such as electronic filing, typing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Preparing and maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence, and other documents as required for managers and clients.
  • Assist with accounts receivable management and other administration support as required.
  • Provide general client service assistance as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Great with technology and picking up new software
  • Demonstrated history of following systems and being very process-oriented
