About the RoleClarity Partners is looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join a boutique professional services firm specialising in tax, financial and business advisory services. With a specialist team of around 20 professional and support staff, the firm works closely with small to medium-sized and privately owned businesses, providing practical, end-to-end advice to support their growth and long-term success.

This role will provide dedicated administrative and client services support across the practice, working closely with experienced advisors and Partners. You will play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating day-to-day requirements and ensuring the team has the administrative support needed to deliver a high level of service.The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a professional, close-knit environment where client relationships, teamwork and attention to detail are genuinely valued.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and client support to the advisory team
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and communications professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and client documentation
  • Prepare, format and distribute correspondence, reports and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept up to date
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing administration
  • Coordinate workflow and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the team with general practice administration and document management
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency


  • About YouPrevious experience in a client services, administration, practice administration or professional services role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine client-focused approach
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
  • Professional and polished in your written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Experience within accounting, financial services, legal or another professional services environment will be highly regarded
