QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Front line administration, sales and customer service, marketing and communications
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Provide exceptional customer service to students, families and faculty.
-Effectively close sales through phone and email communications to meet and exceed targets.
-Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels.
-Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Assist with website updates and SEO optimization.
- Create compelling content including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates and short promotional videos.
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing technologies and trends, evaluate their potential for adoption into marketing operations.
-Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks and improve overall administration and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor marketing operations budget, spending patterns and identify opportunities for savings.
-Process enrollments, managing customer accounts, completing sales transactions and answering phones and emails.
