An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full-time Client Services Administrator at our Eight Mile Plains office. Stowe employees enjoy the benefits of 13 RDO’s per year, profit share as well as a great working environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Weekly Timesheets created from Simpro software
- End of month reports
- Preparation of client invoices and other documents associated with month-end
- Maintenance of Project Logs
- Monitoring workflow on a daily basis and communicating effectively with account managers
- Scheduling of works
- Management of client portal documentation including uploading completed documents onto portals
- Managing of internal and external stakeholder communication
- Data entry
- Answering of telephones
- Support to management and team leaders as required
- Follow up outstanding invoices/debtors
- Validating and Processing of supplier invoices through Kofax software
- Creating purchase orders
- Creating jobs and job folders
- Filing of electronic documents
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3+ year experience in a similar role
- Intermediate level of knowledge in MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Simpro, Kofax and or Pronto experience would be highly regarded.
