An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full-time Client Services Administrator at our Eight Mile Plains office. Stowe employees enjoy the benefits of 13 RDO’s per year, profit share as well as a great working environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Weekly Timesheets created from Simpro software
  • End of month reports
  • Preparation of client invoices and other documents associated with month-end
  • Maintenance of Project Logs
  • Monitoring workflow on a daily basis and communicating effectively with account managers
  • Scheduling of works
  • Management of client portal documentation including uploading completed documents onto portals
  • Managing of internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Data entry
  • Answering of telephones
  • Support to management and team leaders as required
  • Follow up outstanding invoices/debtors
  • Validating and Processing of supplier invoices through Kofax software
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Creating jobs and job folders
  • Filing of electronic documents

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3+ year experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate level of knowledge in MS office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Simpro, Kofax and or Pronto experience would be highly regarded.
