The Role Anglicare’s Client Service Centre is the first point of contact for our clients, carers, and community stakeholders. We operate a highly efficient and busy call centre whilst priding ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service on every call.   We are looking for three Full Time Client Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis in Eight Mile Plains. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a call centre background who is looking for a fast-paced & fulfilling community engagement role, who is also looking for the flexibility of office and home based work with an 80/20 WFH option. Your role in supporting Anglicare will include: * Acting as the first point of contact for elderly and vulnerable clients of Anglicare. * Liaising with medical centre, hospitals, and other stakeholders to set up in home support services. * Connecting prospective clients with services such as Personal care, Domestic support, and many other in-home supports. * Assisting clients in other areas of the community with general queries around You Be You Foster care and Mental Health and First Aid Inquires. * Liaising with My Aged care and other government agencies to effectively manage client referrals. * Most importantly you will establish a connection with our clients through a personalised and positive customer experience that reflects the Anglicare brand of Love, Care Hope and Humility.
