Job Title: Client Services Advisor
Hours of Work: Between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday 7.25 hours per day on a rota basis (36.25 hours per week).
Salary: £24,650
Location: Flexible around our 8 offices
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • 5 x GCSE Passes at grade C or above.

KNOWLEDGE

Essential

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a client facing role.

Desirable

  • Previous experience within a Legal Practice.

SKILLS

Essential

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Structured and organised.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking to recruit a positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our newly created Client Services team as a Client Services Advisor. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build a rapport with our clients, convert enquiries into new business and always deliver excellent client service.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal with new enquiries coming into the business via telephone, email, website etc.
  • Capturing data and recording all enquiries on the new enquiries system.
  • Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with inline with our internal client service charter.
  • Providing accurate estimates and cost information.
  • Cross selling and upselling other services where possible.
  • Deal with enquiries regarding existing wills and deeds.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.
