ABOUT THE ROLE:

Metallicus is seeking a bilingual (Native Spanish & English) Client Services Agent based in the US, New Zealand, or Australia to join our dynamic Client Services team. This role is perfect for someone who is crypto-savvy, confident with CRM tools like Zendesk, and has hands-on personal cryptocurrency trading experience. You’ll be helping users with account questions, locating transactions, and resolving technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide customer support in both Spanish and English via chat and email.
• Assist customers with cryptocurrency transactions, wallet navigation, and account inquiries.
• Use CRM platforms such as Zendesk to manage and resolve customer requests.
• Troubleshoot and investigate transaction histories to locate and confirm transfers.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Perform KYC and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
