We’re looking for a dedicated and talented Client Service Analyst to join our Consumer Health team in the heart of Hagastaden – Stockholm’s vibrant Life Science hub. In this full-time role, you’ll be a key partner to leading Consumer Health brands, ensuring the success of their sales data deliveries and transforming insights into impact.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new solutions, tools, and processes
  • Organized and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with various BI tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience from the Consumer Health, FMCG, or Pharma industry
  • Proficiency in an additional Nordic language
  • Strong team spirit and a proactive, client-focused mindset
Responsibilities
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering clear, proactive support on both current and new data deliveries
  • Conduct research, analysis, and create reports to respond to client requests and inquiries
  • Perform first-line data investigation
  • Conduct customized client training sessions on current front-end tools
  • Report internally on projects, actions, follow-ups, and opportunities
