CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST - JP MORGAN - BOURNEMOUTH - 11 MONTHS CONTRACT - ONSITE - PAYE

We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 11 months contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with transferable skills including customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy skills as well being keen on learning as training will be provided.
This position provides an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to work in a fast moving, dynamic department. Client Services is rapidly growing and is looking for an individual who wishes to grow with the department and ensure excellent client service is delivered. Individuals need to be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

DESCRIPTION:

CLS is a major multi-currency clearing system and JPMorgan are one of the major banks involved. CLS manages this clearing system on behalf of the firm ensuring timed payments to CLS are made in order to settle JPMorgan’s and 3rd Parties trades. In addition, the team are responsible for monitoring trade activity and validation of high value trades for JPMorgan IB FX branches. Staff are responsible for working with our 3rd Party clients and counterparties to ensure all their trades match and that daily funding is completed.

  • The role covers a rotating pattern covering 8 hour shifts between 7am Monday until 6pm on Friday evening.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide key contact and support for day to day CLS FX Issues
  • Communication and query tracking with Clients, internal counterparts and external parties Ensure that all clients and JPMorgan’s deals feed and settle correctly to CLS Bank Escalation of key risk items
  • Identify and monitor high value payments and CLS related receipts Identify potential issues in advance and escalate where appropriate Cash Management of client and JPMorgan’s CLS accounts Production of key monthly metrics
  • Reconciliation and investigation
  • To use initiative to identify system faults, suggest enhancements and work to implement improvements UAT Project Work
  • Client testing UAT planning and execution

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL BE WORKING FULL TIME ONSITE.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day
