Following recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced Client Services & Estimator to join our friendly, talented team at our Verwood facility.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in luxury print, box-making, and high-end packaging. You will be the vital link between our clients and production team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide accurate and timely estimates using Tharstern quoting software
• Liaise directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding customer service
• Work closely with our production team to manage projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
• Support the sales team with technical advice and production solutions
• Uphold Dayfold’s reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer care
