Join our team as a Client Services Employee and play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will be the first point of contact for referred clients, providing compassionate and efficient assistance throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy. * Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars. * Provide ongoing support to clients regarding attendance, treatment questions, and billing inquiries. * Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to accurately record client information and manage appointments. * Generate reports to track client progress and ensure efficient service delivery. * Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality. * Provide excellent customer service and foster a supportive environment for clients. Minimum Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong time management and organizational abilities. * Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. * Passion for helping individuals improve their well-being. * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. M-F 8-5 hours available
