Position Description As a Client Services Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assistance to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, Resource Development, Federal Revenue, Information Technology (IT), Emergency Management and Facilities Department, SDP, Quality Assurance staff and agency departments, as needed. Requirements Minimum Education/Experience Equivalent or graduation from high school Three years of administrative/clerical experience in a work environment OR Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school program and two years of administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and have the ability to type 50 WPM. Special Requirements Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required. Ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements. This position will be primarily based in the office; however remote work may also be available.
