Description
Description We don't just work here. We show up, own it, and make things happen. At Sebago Technics, our front desk is where first impressions become lasting partnerships. We're searching for a part-time Client Services Assistant (24 hrs/week) who thrives on connection, lives for organization, and never meets a challenge they can't handle with a smile. You'll be the first person clients meet, the one who keeps the office humming, and a trusted support to our leadership, marketing, HR, and finance teams. From managing walk-in visitors and incoming calls, to coordinating meeting spaces and keeping supplies stocked, no two days look exactly alike — and that's what makes this role exciting. You'll maintain our client inquiry log, support mailings and records for the entitlements team, and step in wherever the team needs you. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, moves proactively, and understands that behind every smooth-running office is someone who made it happen. Requirements The right person for this role is organized, people-savvy, and ready to hit the ground running. Here's what we're looking for: 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and reprioritize Professional, poised, and people-first in every interaction Flexible and adaptable — you adjust when priorities shift and pitch in wherever the team needs you Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Discreet and trustworthy — confidentiality matters here Familiarity with office equipment (scanner, copier, fax)
