THE POST AND TEAM

We are excited to announce a new post for the firm, growing our dynamic Client Services Team.
Focusing on the key on-boarding processes for our clients across multiple areas of the firm, this role will liaise with prospective clients to ensure smooth opening of new matters and full compliance with the firm’s regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent levels of client service are maintained at all times to prospective and existing clients;
  • Attending to clients and potential clients on the phone (and on occasions, face to face), quoting for services, taking messages and arranging appointments as necessary;
  • Gathering appropriate details and paperwork required for on-boarding processes, opening the matters in the client management systems;
  • Obtaining appropriate ID checking documents to ensure client matters opened comply with the firm’s regulatory requirements;
  • Monitoring and fielding email enquiries from prospective and existing clients, and passing on to other teams, as appropriate; and
  • Liaising with third parties, such as estate agents, as well as our internal teams.
    This is a busy and challenging role, supporting the start of a client’s journey with the firm and creating an outstanding first impression for LP so to be successful, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Good IT and internet skills, effective use of Office 365;
  • The ability to learn how to use multiple client management systems;
  • Impeccable attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional client facing attitude;
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure; and
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
