What you’ll be working on As our new Client Services Associate, you'll: Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation. Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm. Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually. What will help you be successful? You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. (Having Mandarin speaking skills will be beneficial). Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting. Eligibility to work in Australia permanently. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
