SALARY: $52,000 PER YEAR
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Associate who is self-motivated, passionate about amazing customer service and fully fluent in French. If you love talking to people, solving problems and being surprisingly helpful, then this role is for you!
As an integral part of the customer-facing team this role provides support and guidance to employers, employees and job seekers who have varied needs related to their health and safety training and the use of Worksite’s online learning system. The Client Services Associate sees that clients and prospective clients have an amazing experience throughout their entire time with Worksite.
Based out of the Dundas, ON head office, this full-time role works varied shifts Monday to Friday (anywhere between 8am and 8pm). Some weekend shifts may also be required. This is an in-office position (hybrid/remote is not available).
