Hours: 38hrs - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 & Weekends 1 in 3 10:00-19:00

Salary: £24k-£30k

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, admin experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
