Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Client Services & Business Support Officer to join our Executive Office team. This is a pivotal role, providing high-level administrative and communication support to the CEO, Business Development team and Board of Directors.
You will act as a trusted liaison, managing executive schedules, preparing meeting materials, coordinating stakeholder communications, supporting new business transitions, and assisting with board secretarial matters. Your contribution will enable the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring smooth office operations and excellent outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing and coordinating the CEO and Co-Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel and communications
  • Supporting board and leadership meetings, including preparation, minute taking and follow-up
  • Preparing reports, presentations, agendas and briefing papers
  • Assisting with business development, including client intake assessments, event coordination and pipeline support
  • Supporting marketing and communications activities, including social media and campaign coordination
  • Overseeing daily office operations and providing general project support

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally at all levels
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and executive scheduling tools
  • Experience in event planning and coordinatio
