About the role Fordham specialises in delivering member benefits programs and consulting services to Aboriginal communities around Australia. This Perth based role will provide support to the Executive Office Team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager the Client Services Consultant will be required to liaise with members of the Community, Trust Managers, Community Services Consultants, the Payments Team and various other stakeholders. You will deliver professional and responsive services to members, ensuring that they receive accurate information and that payments are made in accordance with Trust guidelines. Key responsibilities will include: Operating phone and email systems to communicate effectively with members (training will be provided). Maintaining a strong understanding of Trust guidelines to provide timely and accurate information to members, and communicating details and updates regarding Trust programs to members. Following established processes and maintaining accurate records, registers, documentation, and processing applications and payments within agreed timeframes. Preparing and processing member payments (training will be provided), reconciling payments in Xero and coding transactions as required. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service. About you Completion of secondary education – Year 12 or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service and/or office administration role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Good knowledge of Xero. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of working with indigenous communities is desirable.
