Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator who has exceptional organisational skills, is a quick learner, possesses a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, and has a high-quality work ethic. Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential, together with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service aptitude, including the ability to build rapport with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Following through client enquiries with team members
  • Scheduling work to meet client needs and achieve efficient resource management
  • Assisting the Managing Director in an Executive Assistant capacity
  • Management of travel arrangements for team members
  • Correspondence with ATO regarding various matters
  • Collating and preparing client documentation
  • Maintenance of the client database
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Have the desire and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Have confidence in meeting with clients and build professional relationships
  • Have the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • An eagerness to learn and develop; to become an integral part of the firm
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
