Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating appointments related to AHKES solid fuel laboratory services. You will handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner. You must have excellent time management skills, administration experience, and client relationship-building capability to be successful. The ability to identify and solve problems is vital, as well as being able to work independently and prioritise tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in day to day Laboratory operations environment and ability to understand operations is advantageous.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience.
